Get Your Prescription
You'll leave your first session with a prescription from Dr. Lepore designed to help you begin replacing the addictive substance and maintain comfort during early withdrawal.

Attend Regular Appointments
Weekly visits to Dr. Lepore and his team to monitor your progress, plus required sessions with a Nantucket therapist to address the behavioral side of recovery.

Monitor Dosage
As your body responds, your prescription is adjusted until you are free from cravings. We stay with you through every step of this process.

Stay Connected
Even after your addiction is behind you, we remain one phone call away, anytime you fear relapse. You'll receive our special recovery pin to mark the milestone.
