Addiction Solutions of Nantucket has been serving patients since 2005 through the private practice of Dr. Timothy Lepore. We became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in February 2016. We provide the only medically-managed approach to opioids, drugs, and alcohol addiction on Nantucket — and real hope for those suffering.

Our team utilizes effective, vetted medicines — Suboxone, Vivitrol, Naltrexone, Acamprosate, and others — alongside counseling and community support to treat the whole person.

How it all started

Dr. Timothy Lepore has practiced medicine on Nantucket for over five decades. In 2005, recognizing the growing toll addiction was taking on island residents, he began treating patients through his private practice.

In 2016, Addiction Solutions of Nantucket became a 501(c)(3) nonprofit — making it possible to offer treatment at no cost to every patient who walks through the door.

We believe addiction is a medical condition, not a moral failing, and that recovery is possible for everyone.

Our approach combines medication, counseling, and long-term community support.

“No one is too far gone. We can help.”

— Dr. Timothy Lepore
